ACES - San Jose

We have been with ACES for years. Very thankful to their supervisors and therapists for their work with my son. They offer in home services and have have helped my son significantly improve his behavior skills.

I just contacted the ACES company to potentially get my son ABA and the customer service lead yelled at me. Literally yelled. I have never been exposed to a worse customer service in my life. He was aggresive and loud. He justified his behavior because he has worked in this company for over 15 years. I am just trying to help my son and I cannot believe this is the type of initial onboarding this agency provides. This is the biggest red flag I have ever experienced in a company that we are supposed to trust with our children.

They are amazing with children. Helped my autistic som tremendously. Been coming for a few years and they are always so awesome with the kids. Best ABA therapy in the bay area

unprofessional and rude supervisors namely Laura Figueroa Behavior Educational Assistant and Jenna Malinousky BCBA. If you need ABA Provider in the Bay Area do not choose ACES. There are a lot of other better ABA providers.
