Theyve gone above and beyond to keep her safe healthy and out of the hospital and to ensure she develops and reaches surpasses her milestones. Brightstar has excellent nurses who have taken great care of my son. Its tough to find skilled professional nurses who also really care about and form a bond with their patients. Bright Star seems to attract great people their office staff are responsive. My sons nurse Natie is awesome here are a couple of pics of them out on a walk together. Beware the owners are very hard to work with. They do not treat people fairly and are not genuine caring people. The people who work for them are treated terribly and you can expect less then happy employees because of their bad management. There are much better home care agencies with better franchise management and leadership and no lawsuits.

My husband had a severe stroke three years ago which turned our world upside down. The social workers at the hospital recommended Bright Star and they have been looking after my husband ever since. We only wanted someone to come in 4 hours a day and Bright Star gave us that flexibility as many agencies only do 8 hour minimums. Bright Star worked with us to find caretakers who are a good personality match with my husband which is very important as they become part of the family. Everyone has been very kind caring and responsive from the caretakers to the nurses to the administrators. The stroke affected my husbands speech and word processing and the caretakers help him with reading and writing exercises take him on walks drive him to appointments and are willing to help out around the house in any way. They are always cheerful and patient. My husband always looks forward to their coming as do I. Hearing the two of them laugh together is the best part
