Great place to get your teeth done The staff was very helpful and reassuring. Dr. Ma does great root canals very easy and didnt feel a thing. He made sure I actually needed a root canal by doing tests before proceeding and checked in often while he was doing the root canal.Dr. Dominguez helped me with a fill in after a root canal. Professional work made sure that the fill in felt nice and was stable.During my first visit here when I first received the news that I needed a root canal and all the other things fill in crown and whatnot I was a little uncertain as I didnt know if I needed a crown for front teeth. But after I got the root canal I was told that I just needed to get a fill in which is good news and greatly appreciated. No issues so far after the root canal. Highly recommend this place

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent appointment at your oral surgeons office which was scheduled approximately a month ago. They assured us that they would contact our insurance provider to confirm our coverage details. However there was a breakdown in communication and coordination between the ortho dental team and the dental team which led to a regrettable situation during our visit.On the day of our appointment we were surprised to learn that the office did not follow up with insurance information on file and requested an upfront payment of 300.00. This situation was both unexpected and embarrassing as we had diligently supplied all the required insurance information during the scheduling process. We were disappointed by the way the situation was handled. The staff asked intrusive questions about personal and work-related details which seemed unrelated to the billing issue at the point when they have insurance card. They were behaving as if we were attempting to receive a free service which left us feeling embarrassed in front of others. Rather than admitting their mistake and taking responsibility they chose to place the blame on us. The staff was exceptionally impolite and raised their voices but they werent able to provide a clear and straightforward answer. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere which I believe could have been avoided with more considerate communication.While attempting to make a 300.00 payment with my credit card encountered difficulties as the transaction kept failing. The lady at the front counter repeatedly informed us that the payment was declining causing us to feel uneasy in front of others. Instead she should have explained that they were experiencing issues with their credit card system and suggested using the chip reader as an alternative considering their systems occasional unreliability.I kindly request the owner or whoever is responsible to investigate this matter further and take appropriate steps to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.

I reached out to Dr. Lilly and Gale Ranch Family Dental for help and they restored my 3 front top teeth using dental bridges. Dr. Lilly did an amazing job through out the process she was not only very professional but also showed that she cares for you as a person not just as a patient. I had a very good experience in getting my teeth cavities treated by Dr. Glants. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. This is the second time I have gotten my cavities treated by her. She informs me in advance about the treatment she is going to perform and makes it painless. I would highly recommend the Dentist.

The cleaning was better this time. More caution was paid to the lower front sensitive teeth.I also just had a filling redone and it was the most pleasant experience Ive had in the office. Diane assisted the doctor and they both ensured that I was as as comfortable and pain free as possible.

First impression looks like a nice place. Hospitable. My overall experience..the Receptionsit was a little aggressive and loud while explaining the process. She could have been a bit more professional. The place was a little messy but the doctors seem nice. I didnt get a sense of calmness and comfort to return.

I only gave 4 Stars because I never give anyone 5 With that being said This was the best experience I could have asked for at the dental office. Pleasant staff and genuine care is what I felt on my first visit to Gale Ranch. I think I found my new dental office Thank you Mr. Dominguez and Staff Until next smile..

The San Ramon office create the best smiles Starting with their personality Their top tier knowledge and technology provided me insightoptions and the best of service. Excellent service During my latest visit Dr. Lily Chen thoroughly examined all of my teeth even though she was not scheduled to perform such exam yesterday and developed a detailed plan to address the discomfort of my lower left teeth due to a gap formed between two teeth. She patiently explained her treatment plan to me - will try to fill the gap first with suitable filler material if filling fails will put on a new crown on the tooth that doesnt have a crown yet. I told her that I like her treatment plan with a staged approach. I strongly recommend Dr. Lily Chen to those who are searching for a good dentist.
