I started taking my son here when he was 7 12 months old.He wasnt that social and he was fearful of almost everything. At home hed be fine but when wed have people over he would just cry or be scared. My son is now 11 months and after coming here for almost 4 months my son interacts with other babies without coming back to me or crying. Hes more confident in completing the activities in class he actually tries and isnt scared. He seems more interested in his surroundings and follows direction. He even tries to repeat what the teacher says sometimes.Ive seen a lot of improvement in my sons behavioral and motor skills and I really believe that Gymboree has helped tremendously. The facility is clean and colorful. Its not too busy when I go so my son gets the attention needed from the teacher. The place is pretty spacious and they have lots of fun activities. If you go more than once a week some of the activities are repeat but all in all I think its a great way for kids to learn and also know what its like to be in a group setting and how to follow direction.

My son was going gymboree classes at Fremont hub fremont California. Classes were good he liked them but the activities were being repeated. After 5-6 months he got admission in preschool and I called there and requested to cancel his membership from July onwards. I told the representative that I would hold the call and asked to first cancel it in the system and let me know. She told me that she canceled membership. Next month they charged 110 again. I emailed and told I had already canceled his membership. I got reply that from next month onwards they would not charge. This is third month after leaving and they charged 110 again My son is not going for a single class I asked them to cancel his membership several times and still they are charging the fees. Parents be careful.

I sighed up the trial class for my 16 month little one at Fremont location. The front dest lady is arrogant. We were told you have to wait outside to see if any members are not showing up since the play class is full. But i have sighed up online with the confirmation. She let us stand at side and make us feel we are not welcomed at all. Actually we have been to gymboree at Oakland El Cerrito and Lafayette since my little one was 6 month. We just recently moved to the area. Unfortunately I have to say Fremont Gymboree is the worst.

I had a pretty bad experience here. We had reserved the hall for a birthday party and even put down a deposit two weeks in advance. On the day of the party the hall was locked and my guests and I were standing outside their door in the cold while I was trying to frantically call them think of alternate plans. Obviously no one picked up the phone and we had to reconvene at another place. The manager makes a call the next day with an apology that there was a miscommunication and offers the hall for free another day and offers to refund etc. Anyway I wouldnt use their services again. My guests wouldnt either.
