Kids Care Dental - Livermore

I found out about this location when the opened across from my.workplace. My 4yo was visiting the dentist for the first time. From the moment we entered we felt welcome. Even had her name in the welcome board. Every person we spoke with today from the front doors to the dentist herself were warm and friendly day and wonderful with my daughter. I would highly recommend this clinic to all children.

My kids ages 3 5 love going here. The staff is patient and kind as they informed my kids what was going to happen throughout their visit as it was happening. This made my kiddos feel comfortable. It was a great experience. Also the doctor was kind thorough and answered all my questions. Excellent service here.

My kids first dental appt with kids care was great. The staff beginning with the front desk to Dr. Anu was fantastic. Everyone was patient kind thorough and down to Earth. I am also happy to see such an open office. No hiding behind walls. I was able to stay with both my nervous children. Definitely coming back

Unfortunately I had a bitter experience with Kids Care. Communication from Kids care staff requires lot of improvement. Couple of incidents caused bitter experience for me.1. Had called them requesting for an appointment but i got a call back only after 3 weeks.2. Finally after 3 weeks got an appointment and person confirms X amount as co payment whereas during the actual visit they say XY amount.Kids care has good dentists but looks like front office folks need to improve or get trained to handle customers in a better way.

My son got a couple of cavities filled at this Livermore office three months ago. Yesterday after a visit to his regular dentist we learned that one of the fillings had come off his tooth. I took my son back to your office to get it checked. The dentist Dr. Raymond confirmed the present cavity is from the previous filling that came off. He suggested a new remedy for this since the cavity has gotten bigger by recommending a silver filling. Since this is a new procedure I will have to pay again. I said that the cavity wouldnt have gotten bigger if the work was done properly in the first place and the filling didnt come out in just a matter of months. Then the practice manager Maritza said that fillings could come out in 2 weeks or 2 months they have no control over that and implied that potentially oral hygiene at home can contribute to this loss. I said if thats the case why didnt the other filling come out too. She didnt have a proper technical response and kept repeating and implying that somehow it could be our fault with oral hygiene at home even though she has no idea what we do or not at home. Moreover she did not offer any sympathy or understanding to the situation. She also did not offer any alternative to working with me to get this issue resolved. I would have gotten the silver filling for my son per the dentists recommendation if they even acknowledged their role in this and offered some sort of concession or discount to what I would have to pay again to fix this issue for my son. But nothing. It is all standard operating procedure of a subpar practice and the practice manager trained to get more money out of the patient while the dentist shrugs his shoulders and says its all out of his hands since its a corporate dental office and he doesnt deal with any of the financial aspect of the business. Everyone is unaccountable. This office is a sham and I hope it goes out of business. I would never recommend this place to anybody to take their kids nor would I ever take my kid back here even if I have to pay more at another dental office to ensure he gets the proper care and accountability of the professional who does the work.

Front staff was amazing. Everything ran on schedule I have a 2 and 1 year old they where able to accommodate both one after the other. The doctors voice was so soothing and made my babies feel so comfortable. Will definitely recommend family and friends.
