KidsPark - San Jose West

I sent my daughter to KidsPark today after a 2 yr hiatus My daughter was afraid she would be the oldest one there 6 yrs old and have no one to play with. This was far from true. There were children up to 12 yrs old by observation. When I came to pick her up she was participating in an activity and was very energized and happy. The space looked very clean and organized. Staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating If KidsPark was closer to us this would be my go to camp site

I have waited 4 years to leave this review to be anonymous. No KidsPark im not in the system anymore so dont try to find me. When i was 9 i had to go here. They underfeed kids and expect older kids to stay in the blue room only. The mountain only fun place is usually only open to young kids. When i was 8 and my first time going there i didnt know that. I went up on that mountain and the worker started harassing me to get off even yelling. I wanted to cry but i didnt because im not some bi---. I saw her sternly talking to kids and they did nothing wrong. They also underfeed your child. 2 measly slices of pizza or one small tray of pasta. This is a horrible place and they allow up to 13 year olds and if you have something to do and your kid is above 10 leave them at home not this place.

I been taking my son to Kids Park Stevens Creek one to two times per week for the past 2 yrs while he waits for his mother to pick him up. My son turns 12 in a couple months and will no longer be eligible for services once Kids Park moves to its new location at the end of this month. I am looking for other similar child care services in the San Jose area. Does anyone have any suggestions

We could always count on KidsPark Oakridge in a pinch for our child when he was younger. We were saddened to see that they closed. I needed emergency childcare for my daughter and remembered that KidsPark has a second location by Valley Fair. I love that I didnt have to register. There were a lot of kids there when I dropped her off but there was also enough staff to handle it. The area was clean secure. The kids were playing I didnt witness any unruly behavior either. I picked my daughter up 2 hours later she was very happy already looking forward to her next visit. Thank you once again KidsPark for coming to the rescue I wish youd reopen the Oakridge location

Kids are watching tv. They have 3 screens. Not much toys for kids to play or explore with. Why screen time at a play place I am dissatisfied.

This was the worst decision I made as a parent bringing my kids to Kids Park.My kids 3 and 5 have came home with tons of bumps bruises and emotional trauma about how kids are hitting them or bullying them taking toys from them pulling hair its typically the older kids.The older and younger kids are all together. The older kids hit and push on the little ones. Staff doesnt pay enough attention nor do they redirecting the children.The director Lisa is very nonchalant and it seems as she doesnt like her job nor the kids because she never has a smile on her face shes very mono toned and doesnt care about much it seems.. my son came home with a big scratch underneath his eye and purple bruising so I mentioned it and got an Ohh okayA few days after he came back with a knot on his head the size of a golf ballI spoke it to the owner Lisa about the incident and she said all of our teachers are great lol great at not paying attention to kids. Kids beat up each other up at this place.Also they dont have bandages or a first aid kit to administer aid if needed. Debbie said this is your kids last day right in front of 3 other parents and my five year old daughter. My child was very sad.I talked with Debbie about multiple incidents and she shows no sympathy for a concerned parent.

KidsPark is an amazing fun safe place for parents to drop off the children for 1-hour or 8. Weve been coming here for a long time now . Next time you need time for yourself or to go to work. Come see for yourself . Youll be a believer too in this place. The staff is so attentive too . Kids enjoy snack time playing with other kids in their age groups.

This is a nice place for kids when you need some random time or day for your kid. Theyre open during Christmas break a lifesaver Im looking forward to the new facility. We dont have much help from family and having this daycare option is priceless for us. Thank you for all the good times kids park

This place is a lifesaver. Great place to take my son while school is on break. The staff is friendly and I can call to check on my son anytime. I really do wish there was a kidspark in the north san jose milpitas area.Thank you so much
