Maxim Healthcare Services - San Jose

My experience as a 31 year trained RN has been extremely poor. The turnabout with recruiters is incredible Ive had 10 in the last year. I just lost another one last week. You never know whos in charge because the revolving door moves so quickly. Management is hard to get a hold of or refuses to speak with you on any issues. The nurses are left on their own and miss treated by management and the company itself. Ive been there 2 12 years with no raise not even cost of living. And the pay rate is much lower than other places. For me too many things went wrong and Im very unsatisfied.

SCAM dont apply They will waste your time have you apply until they have all your personal information wont give you a job dont waste your time . This so called company is so unprofessional disgusting . Be careful they will even meet with you They will steal your identity .

Maxim Healthcare provides excellent homecare the office staff is friendly and helpful and the nursing care is excellent

Maxims manager - Brendon and all the nurses are providing amazing service to us. Excellent response rate communication from their team members. Nurses are very caring and goes above and beyond in their duties.

By far the most corrupt agency in the business stay away from them far far away

We have been using Maxim for several years now and we couldnt recommend them more highly. Our caregiver Emily has been simply amazing and we couldnt be happier with her. Shes more than 100 reliable responsible flexible competent and basically the perfect fit for us to the point we pretty much consider her part of the family. Maxim itself has also been incredibly supportive of our needs and worked with us through some unexpected changes which we greatly appreciated. The people there are all great and weve had a great experience.

Ive partnered with the professionals at Maxim for the better part of 8 years. As a Career Advisor working with healthcare grads the recruiters have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Chris Daniel Savannah Rodrigo Trent have top notch communication with myself and my team not to mention my healthcare grads.

Maxim has been supporting us with the respite services since June 2019. Molyka Muong is amazing always easy to reach out to very knowledgeable and very supportive and caring. We had not had respite in almost a year because we couldnt find a provider and we were about to lose the services. Maxim with the support from Moly helped us move the process along so we could still benefit from this much needed time away from home and facilitated everything so the person we found could be contracted fingerprinted etc all in a timely manner. We are extremely grateful for having found Maxim because other agencies didnt understand our very particular situation with our ASD son the need we had for respite services and the sense of urgency in our particular case. We highly recommend Maxim and send our gratitude to Moly and all the staff for contributing to our peace of mind and much needed time for self-care.

Maxim was the first people who reached out to us when my son was diagnosed with ASD I am very thankful for all their help. My son had a big progress and is still progressing under their care. Maxim health provided Yusuf ABA Therapy Aileenette Veronica Tanisia was the best team i had They full respect they needs and wants for Yusuf In just six months Yusuf was accomplished so many goals Veronica Was amazing she took her time in understanding the needs and wants for Yusuf. She stayed and took her time writing Yusuf goals which is was amazing. She made sure nothing was missing and understood goals that Yusuf needed Tanisia my therapist was amazing never missed a day unless she was really really sick Tanisha work so hard to get Yusuf where he is today from body parts to understanding yes and no questions Yusuf has learned and understands alot more today Aileenette took care of us by checking in and seeing how sessions were going Aileenette is understanding and caring in regards To Yusuf she provided supplies for the session They were my POWER TEAM Whenever i moved back I hope I can get my Power Team back
