THIS IS A REVIEW BASED ON THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AND NOT THE THERAPISTS.The therapists are great My son had a wonderful experience. This one star review is for the billing department. They really need to retrain Theresa. I got a text on 817 saying the my sons account had an outstanding balance of 525. I called the phone number because I was confused. My son has been going to therapy for the past 6 months and I never once received a bill. I thought everything was covered by our insurance. I called back and spoke to Theresa. She was rude from the beginning asking if I dont check the patients portal I was not aware that they had a portal.Theresa gave me the link and I logged in to his account. told her that I was going to review his visits. Today 831 I get a phone call from her again. She was rude and disrespectful saying that his account still had an outstanding balance and that if I didnt pay it in full by Monday they were going to start charging me late fees.I requested to speak to a manager. I spoke to the owner Shannon but I felt like I was talking to myself. All she had to say was that Theresa is very straight forward and maybe I took it wrong. I paid the full balance and Ill be moving my sons therapy to a different practice.

I cant say enough positive things about Seven Bridges heres my storyI knew I found the right place for our daughter from the moment that I called and left a message and Sharon called me back on a Saturday who does that she took the time to listen to what I was saying I was scared I didnt understand and I just wanted to be able to understand my child I explained that we have been given several diagnoses that were not professional and not from a licensed speech pathologist. Shortly after we had this conversation that left me warm and fuzzy inside we arranged for a meeting and at the meeting or the review with my daughter and Sharon I walked out of there with such a sense of relief she not only interviewed my daughter I am she was able to diagnose her she was able to give me some tips just start working with her properly before we could get her on the schedule. But it doesnt stop there I explained that we were waiting for Social Security to kick in that we have been waiting for a year to get benefits to be able to pay for speech privately and after talking to my physician who wrote a referral for Sharon Sharon took the initiative to submit it to our insurance company whom is now paying for my daughter speech you cant put a price tag on your childs education and I wanted the best for my daughter I found it at Seven Bridges. I was willing to do whatever it took Our daughter has been going to speech therapy now for I want to say a 2 months her speech has improved tremendously were seeing less tantrums and more of her being herself and expressing herself in positive ways.We attended the Walnut Creek location two times a week and its our two favorite times of the week Kasi is beyond great I look forward to it as much as Our daughter I get so excited when Miss Kasey gives her a high five or tells her that shes so proud of her and we were out to eat today and she told the waitress that she would like an Avocado and its so funny because she pronounced each syllable in the word just as Miss Kasi taught her. I just kept hearing Miss Kaseys voice because our daughter mimics her. That is a proud mom moment. I am not going to lie its a huge commitment 2x a week when you the results it is all worth it.Kacie always takes the time to reassure me that Im doing good things at home and I appreciate her so much in teaching me how to teach my own child Ive been able to pass on tips to her school who is now using the same system in order to continue our daughters education in a way that she understands and can thrive.I cant say enough positive things I hope you all take into consideration what a blessing Seven Bridges is and the amount of knowledge and experience that Sharon brings there is no B game here. Sharon has 43 years in the industry and she is just beyond words the most patient understanding knowledgeable person but I have come across in a very long time and her facilities all contradict her behavior.

I cant say enough good things about this practice. My son who is now 9 started speech with them when he was 2.5. He has been seeing them on and off for all these years and my younger son is starting also. They are not only extremely skilled at what they do but they are compassionate and loving. My boys have always loved going as they make the sessions so fun and engaging. I actually have the cell phone s of the therapists - thats how giving and selfless they are when it comes to these kids. They absolutely individualize the therapy and always keep me updated on my childs progress and goals. I would never use another speech therapy practice after Seven Bridges. The way they run things and how much they care is extremely unique They only want the best for your child.
