Poor recruitment lack response to applicants discrimination of employment opportunity when a therapist is qualified for position black balling and gas lighting to prevent future hiring when you have never been hired or worked for the company.

Got my initial interview call 20 minutes late with a week of lead time. Then I was asked to reschedule later in the day so the representative could make a different call. With foreshadowing like that I want no part in this company. I advise yall to steer clear of this organization.

This is the most unorganized company I have ever seen. Recruiters and HR never respond to emails calls or texts even if its urgent. You get moved to new sites without any warning or say. And you get terminated at the end of the school year with no explanation as to why they made that decision. A few other perks include no paid time off and very little sick leave.

I had a terrible experience working for this organization. I do not recommend working for them whatsover.

Be warned teachers This is one of the most disorganized and objectively rude places I have ever worked with. I am a speducator and I was working with this very nice guy. There was this very rude woman who would call me 5 or 6 times a day. When I worked with the guy no problem. Then suddenly I am stuck with the crazy woman again. No joke 8 phone calls I will tell you they know nothing about teaching and credentials at all. The only thing this place has that was appealing was the amazing pay increase but now it feels like a scam Theyre not up to date at all on the new teaching laws and requirements and couldnt even tell me job positions and titles. When I spoke with management she blamed the district and school cites When I said I would no longer be working with them she told me no and to not be upset. Mind you. I just said this was a joke and that I was done. To my fellow teachers dont work for these crazy unorganized people
