TBH recently made scheduling changes without notifying any families and removed therapists without any prior notification. CEO didnt even send out an email or show any transparency. Beware they are unwilling to work with the families schedules. Their Director insinuated that if families dont fall in line with TBHs hours of 8-3 PM so they can make their money families might as well leave as they dont want to work with families schedules. They show no care for families with kids that have ASD theyre only looking at the business aspect and making money.Therapists are barely trained. We have been here for over a year and its a revolving door of therapists that have no prior experience with kids or kids with autism. There are better ABA companies out there that care about kids with ASD. Just have to look for them.
