I cracked a crown and Dr. Lin fitted me with a temporary crown very quickly. The new crown came in and they got me in quickly again. It is the best fitting crown Ive ever had Thank you Waterford Family Dental. Everyone is amazing.

I needed to have a root canal and was traveling out of the country for 2 weeks. I tried every dentist and endodontist in and out of my area of Lake Geneva. No one would help. A coworker suggested her dentist in Waterford. When I called the receptionist was very caring and offered to go speak to a dentist. They got me in that afternoon and proceeded to do my root canal. The whole experience was outstanding and my husband and I have found a new dentist. Thank you again

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 stars if I could. I hadhave major dental issues lots of chipped teeth decay sensitivity etc. Nothing short of amazing what Dr.Linn and staff were able to accomplish in just a hour and a half. I literally teared up in the car on my way home. Thank you so much for giving me back the confidence to smile without hesitation. So im scared to death of dentists. I went here today and let me assure you i was afraid. However with a very professional and welcoming staff i was readily seated for a root canal procedure and let me tell you no worries and no problems All the numbing stuff has worn off and im at a 110 on the pain scale. The receptionist is very unpleasant I have had scheduling issues with her multiple times. Dont bother leaving a voicemail either.. they wont return your call.
